Policymakers have attempted to protect students from potential hazards that accompanymobile computing and applications. However, their efforts have been rendered useless as it is impossible to restrict children from viewing certain content. Mobile computing increases a student’s accessibility to the internet. The move has made it impossible to define the legal aspects that protect the students and educators from potential hazards. Internet accessibility exposes students to inappropriate content. Legally, it has been impossible to find abalance between the right of free speech and the protection of students(Zheng & Lee, 2016).Policymakers and relevant authorities have not been able to reach a consensus on the best way to regulate the internet.
